<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact self-ballasted fluorescent lamp not easily causing malfunction during the last stage of its lifetime, by miniaturizing a lighting device using a voltage doubler rectifying circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The compact self-ballasted fluorescent lamp 1 is equipped with a voltage doubler rectifying circuit 71, a series body of a pair of switching elements connected to both ends of a series body of a pair of smoothing capacitors C2, C3 in this voltage doubler rectifying circuits 71, a driving circuits 63 to operate and control the series body of a pair of the switching elements, a resonance load circuit including a fluorescent lamp 14 connected between the connection point of a pair of the smoothing capacitors C2, C3 and the connection point of a pair of the switching elements, and an anti-noise inductor L1 connected in series to one end of the input power supply side of the rectifying means REC of the voltage doubler rectifying circuit 71. Since the resonance load circuit is connected in series to the connection point of a pair of the smoothing capacitors C2, C3 of the voltage doubler rectifying circuit 71, resonance components impressed during the last stage of the lifetime of the fluorescent lamp 14 does not become excessive, and filament power is also suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
