PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel technique for providing a scintillator protection film that prevents deliquescence of a scintillator and exhibits improved adhesion.SOLUTION: A radiographic imaging apparatus includes a sensor panel comprising a plurality of arrayed sensors, a scintillator comprising a plurality of columnar crystals, and a protective film for preventing deliquescence of the scintillator. The protective film comprises a first portion covering sides and tips of the columnar crystals of the scintillator, and a second portion that contains less fluorine than the first portion and forms a surface on a side of the sensor panel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
