A system and a method for managing a medical expenses reception account, and a recording medium thread are provided to process salary based medical insurance money, non-salary based medical insurance money, and a medical expense charged to a civil medical insurance policyholder by using a card equipped with a virtual account and issued to the policyholder. An account setting part sets a reception account for each medical facility to receive insurance money paid from a civil medical insurance company, a national medical insurance cooperation, and a financial facility corresponding to a payment tool of a customer through a single account. An information checker(5205) checks whether or not the insurance money and medical expenses are deposited to the reception account of each medical facility. An account manager periodically transfers the insurance money and the medical expenses deposited in the reception account to a medical facility account, or settles a loan provided to the medical facility. A loan processor(5225) deposits the loan to the medical facility account before an amount is deposited in the reception account of the medical facility.
