PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumoperitoneum device capable of appropriately relieving a gas supply from a second gas supply source.

SOLUTION: This pneumoperitoneum device used for an endoscopic operation system which includes medical equipment supplies predetermined gas to at least the peritoneal cavity to execute a treatment, and supplying the predetermined gas to the peritoneal cavity includes: a pressure detection means for detecting a pressure value inside a guide tube line for supplying the gas inside the peritoneal cavity; an acquisition means for acquiring detection information detected by a sensor which detects the gas supply state in the tube line for supplying the gas from the medical equipment to the peritoneal cavity; a first exhaust means for exhausting the gas in the guide tube line; and a control means actuating the first exhaust means based on the detected pressure value and the acquired detection information and adjusting the pressure in the guide tube line.
