PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tip clamping device having high repeated position accuracy of a cutting edge in fixing a throwaway tip to a holder and capable of obtaining firm clamping force. SOLUTION: The tip clamping device is provided with a tip mounting seat 2 at the tip of the holder 1 and presses to fix the throwaway tip 3 to the tip mounting seat 2 by a pressing means 4. The pressing means 4 is provided with a first pressing member 7 for pressing an upper face 11 of the throwaway tip 3 by the lower face of a tip part, and a second pressing member 8 for pressing a hole internal wall 17 of the throwaway tip 3 toward a sidewall surface 6 of the tip mounting seat 2 by a tip projecting part 16.
