The purpose of the present invention is to make the force required when an insertion-side locking section is inserted into a receiving-side locking section as small as possible. Provided is a vehicle-mounted component which is equipped with a connectable first main body section and second main body section (e.g., a lid section and an accommodating section), an insertion-side locking section disposed on the first main body section so as to protrude therefrom, and a receiving-side locking section disposed on the second main body section. A convex section is formed on at least part of an insertion-side contact part of the insertion-side locking section, with which the receiving-side locking section makes contact when the insertion-side locking section is inserted into the receiving-side locking section, and/or a receiving-side contact part of the receiving-side locking section, with which the insertion-side locking section makes contact when the insertion-side locking section is inserted into the receiving-side locking section. |
