PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack capable of effectively suppressing deterioration and lifetime reduction of a battery assembly.SOLUTION: The battery pack comprises: a battery assembly including (n) ((n) is a natural number equal to or greater than 3) secondary battery cells; an external connection part connectable to a charging device that is capable of charging the battery assembly, and an electrically-driven device that is driven by discharging the battery assembly; and (k) ((k) is a natural number equal to or greater than 2 and smaller than (n)) thermosensitive elements for detecting a temperature of the battery assembly. The (n) secondary battery cells include first secondary battery cells, and second secondary battery cells of which the temperature is higher than that of the first secondary battery cells during discharge and the temperature is lower than that of the first secondary battery cells during discharge. The (k) thermosensitive elements include first thermosensitive elements that are disposed in contact with or in proximity to the first secondary battery cells, and second thermosensitive elements that are disposed in contact with or in proximity to the second secondary battery cells.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
