PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably operate each circuit by preventing a ground bounce with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: This signal transmission circuit for transmitting a digital signal generated by a first processing circuit 112 to a second processing circuit 124 through a wiring pattern 118 on a printed circuit board disconnects the output of a digital signal from an output buffer 116 and makes an output terminal of the output buffer and an input terminal of an input buffer which are both ends of the wiring pattern drop to a low potential to reinforce grounding when the second processing circuit does not need the digital signal.
