PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote GUI environment simulator capable of carrying out screen control instructions corresponding to events in the order of recorded events. SOLUTION: An event transmitting part 11 transmits event instructions to a server machine 200. A recording part 13 records the event instructions in a recording device 15 in association with data for reproduction and the elapsed time from the predetermined recording start time to the present time. A client screen control part 12 receives screen control instructions created by the server machine 200 based on the event instructions, from the server machine 200. The recording part 13 then records the screen control instructions in the recording device 15 in association with the elapsed time from the predetermined recording start time to the present time. A reproducing part 14 acquires event instructions whose associated elapsed time is the elapsed time from the predetermined acquisition start time to the present time, from the recording device 15 and gives the acquired event instructions to the transmitting part 11.
