PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material suitable for sealing an LED element or for a gas barrier layer for a resin component.SOLUTION: The composition comprises component (A): a silicon compound of the following formula (1), component (B): a specific siloxane compound having a structure of hydrogen directly bonded to silicon, component (C): an organozinc compound or organoaluminium compound having a structure of at least one carbon element directly bonded to metal, and component (D): a platinum catalyst or ruthenium catalyst.SELECTED DRAWING: None
