<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a reduction of sludge volume and an improvement of BOD load by reviewing the whole aerobic biological treatment to avoid deterioration of treated water. <P>SOLUTION: A first biological treatment tank 11 and a second biological treatment tank 12 are arranged in series, and the first biological treatment tank 11 is operated at a high load to multiply dispersive bacteria. First treated liquid flowing out from the first biological treatment tank 11 is subjected to solid-liquid separation in a floatation tank 21 to obtain separated sludge and separated liquid by adding no inorganic coagulant. The separated sludge is volume reduced in a digestion tank 14, and the separated liquid is aerobically biologically treated in the second biological treatment tank 12 operated at a low load and having carriers 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
