<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To illuminate a tubular electronic component uniformly and brightly. <P>SOLUTION: The body 11 of an illuminator 10 has a rectangular parallelepiped profile and a through-hole 12 tapered downward is formed in the center thereof. At an upper part on the inner circumferential surface of the through-hole 12, a plurality of LEDs 15 for BGA illumination which irradiate illumination light, under tilting state, toward an electronic component D held by a suction nozzle 5 are juxtaposed along the entire circumference of the inner circumferential surface. A substrate 14B on which a plurality of LEDs 16 for general reflective illumination are juxtaposed is fixed to a fixing portion 13B below a fixing portion 13A, a substrate 14C on which a plurality of LEDs 16 for general reflective illumination are juxtaposed is fixed to a fixing portion 13C, while furthermore a substrate 14D on which a plurality of LEDs 16 for general reflective illumination are juxtaposed is fixed to a fixing portion 13D. LEDs 17 for transmission illumination are arranged in fixing spaces formed at four corners of the body 11 having a rectangular parallelepiped profile on the outside of the BGA reflective illuminator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
