PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover which is smoothly attached to/detached from a unit main body when the cover is used for containing batteries of a mobile unit, and also to provide the mobile unit employing the cover. SOLUTION: The cover 1 is provided with: a cover main body 2 used for opening/closing an opening 27 provided to the unit main body to open/close the opening 27; and an engagement wall part 6 for engaging with a projection 23 provided to an inner circumferential wall part 26 for forming a recessed part 25 when the cover main body 2 closes the opening 27. The engagement wall part 6 is characterized in including: a main wall part 4 extended in a width direction of the recessed part 25 so as to be placed in opposition to the projection 23 when the cover 2 is loaded to the opening 27, one or both of both ends in the width direction of which are fixed to an inner face of the cover 1, and part of which opposed to at least the projection 23 is bent respectively toward the projection 23 and its opposite side; and an engagement projection 8 freely engageed with the projection 23.
