PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of calculating electric resonance frequencies of all the wiring patterns getting inevitably to a large number on a wiring board, precisely and quickly as the whole processing, as to the respective wiring patterns, in the wiring patterns with a wiring width varied in a midway or having a component mounted pad, including the case where the wiring pattern with no connected component is contained in one part, in a printed wiring board mounted with the components. SOLUTION: This resonance frequency calculation unit for finding the electric resonance frequency of the wiring pattern in the printed wiring board has a determination means for determining the presence of the connected electronic component to the objective wiring pattern, a circuit simulator for calculating the resonance frequency by circuit simulation, when the electronic component is connected as a result of the determination by the determination means, and an electric field simulator for calculating the resonance frequency by electric field simulation, when the electronic component is not connected as the result of the determination by the determination means.
