PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle steering control device allowing a controller to be easily replaced even when the controller is broken and a neutral position is shifted. SOLUTION: The vehicle steering control device is provided with a front wheel steering actuator applying a rotating angle to a motor and changing a steering angle ratio; a motor rotating angle sensor for detecting a relative angle of the motor; the steering control controller for outputting control signals to the front wheel steering actuator based on the sensor value of the motor rotating angle sensor and the traveling condition of a vehicle; and an external storing means for sending/receiving motor rotating angle information between the external storing means and the steering control controller and storing a stop time motor rotating angle when the front wheel steering actuator is stopped.
