A system for centrifugally separating by density and extracting selected fractions from a container (12), the system comprising:a container (12) to contain a whole material;a buoy system (500,600), including:a connection member (506) extending a length between a first end and a second end; a first buoy member (502) having a first density and moveable along said length of said connection member (506); a second buoy member (504,602) having a second density different than said first density and fixed near said second end of said connection member (506); wherein said first buoy member (502) is operable to move relative to said second buoy member (504,602) along said length of said connection member; a collection volume defined between a first collection face (512) of the first buoy member (502) and a second collection face (514) of the second buoy member (504,602); wherein a first selected fraction of the selected fractions is operable to be collected from said collection volume.
