PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly efficient thermoelectric conversion device capable of externally absorbing thermal energy sufficiently, and externally dissipating thermal energy sufficiently.SOLUTION: A plurality of electrodes are electrically insulated from each other, respectively, one or both of first and second film substrates are provided, respectively, with a plurality of through holes arriving at every other electrode, out of the plurality of electrodes arranged in series, and one or a plurality of heat conductors include a portion provided in at least one of the plurality of through holes, and a portion exposed to the outer surface of the first or second film substrate, respectively, in a thermoelectric conversion device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
