There is provided a storage stable liquid detergent composition comprising: a) at least 5 wt. pcnt water, b) at least 3 wt. pcnt of a surfactant system comprising 10 to 100 pcnt by weight of the surfactant system of an anionic surfactant, c) an alpha-amylase having at least 85 pcnt sequence identity to SEQ ID NO: 1 and said alpha-amylase comprising the substitutions G46A+T47I+G105A+I199F when using SEQ ID NO: 1 for numbering.
