PURPOSE:To enable an abnormal condition of wheels such as a flat tire to be easily detected by configurating a device in such a way that the degree of variability in revolving speed of wheels is compared one another so as to determine a wheel which shows the abnormal variability for giving a warning. CONSTITUTION:In a vehicle with numbers of wheels, a revolving speed sensor M1 is arranged to each of wheels to detect change in the revolving speed of each of wheels. Signals detected by these sensors M1 are inputted into a transducer M2 so as to convert them into arithmatical signals which are used to compute the degree of variability in the revolving speed of each of wheels. If any abnormal condition has happened to tire pressure because of a flat tire and the like, the degree of variability in the revolving speed of the tire appears to be excessively different from the rest of wheels. Accordingly, an arithmatic processing means M3 computes the degree of variability in revolving speed of each of wheels so as to compare it with each. And based on the resultant of the comparison, a warning means M4 is activated notifying that the abnormal condition has happened to a wheel.
