PURPOSE:To discriminate the disturbance of data due to malfunction or interference by another device, by detecting the simultaneous response of two power source devices to be controlled by comparing the voltage of a signal line for response with a preset voltage. CONSTITUTION:The titled device is constituted of a reference voltage output circuit 4 which outputs a high voltage VH and a low voltage VL as reference voltages by dividing the voltage V by resistors 5, 6, and 7, a high voltage comparator 2 which compares the voltage of the response signal of the signal line 9 for response with the high voltage VH from the reference voltage output circuit 4, a low voltage comparator 3 which compares the voltage of the response signal with the low voltage VL from the reference voltage output circuit 4, and a resistor 8 which connects the signal line for response to the voltage V. In such a way, it is possible to detect the simultaneous response of the two power source devices to be controlled.
