In a joint arrangement between two profiled panels 2, 3 which have lower portions 4 and elongate elevations, the joint extends essentially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the elevations. The two panels have, at their edges situated towards the joint, elevations 5A, 5B and, protruding upwards from these, in the joint which is designed as a lap joint, lap members 7, 8.
