发明名称 METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING COBALT CATALYST
摘要 PURPOSE: To enable the use of a cobalt catalyst as a fixed bed by adding an aq. alkali carbonate soln. to a cobalt salt soln., settling cobalt carbonate at 20 to 95 deg.C and filtering and washing the same, then reducing the cobalt carbonate at 200 to 300 deg.C, thereby forming the cobalt catalyst. CONSTITUTION: The aq. alkali carbonate soln. is added to the cobalt salt soln and after the cobalt carbonate is settled at 20 to 95 deg.C, the cobalt carbonate is filtered and washed and, if necessary, molding of the catalyst material is executed. The reduction is then executed by using hydrogen at 200 to 300 deg.C, by which the cobalt catalyst is produced. SiO2 , MnO2 , ZrO2 , Al2 O3 or MgO alone or a mixture composed of >=2 kinds thereof is adequately incorporated at 0.25 to 15 wt.% per total catalyst weight additionally into the catalyst. The reduction using the hydrogen described above is preferably executed by using the hydrogen at a spatial velocity of H2 200 to 2000 liter per liter of the catalyst and per hour.
