<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a measuring element for a flow rate measuring device of a fluid which is free from effect of Karman's vortex train without any obstacle to a flow near a measuring resistance. CONSTITUTION: A substrate 3 has a slit 42, extending across the direction of a flow, on the downstream side of a measuring resistance 17. The slit is formed between a finger 11 supporting the measuring resistance 17 of the substrate 3 and another finger 41 of the substrate 3.</p> |
