<p>PURPOSE: To obtain good appearance and dimensional stability by forming a sheet containing a thermoplastic resin reinforced by three kinds of fillers by laminating a matrix of which the viscosity measured at sheet producing and using temp. at a shearing speed of 20s<-1> by a capillary viscometer is 450-2,000 Pa.s, an interface binder with a viscosity of 10-350 Pa.s and a reinforcing material. CONSTITUTION: One surface of a sheet is formed from three layers (a), (b), (c) continuing from the outside toward the inside. The layer (a) is a matrix comprising a thermoplastic resin reinforced by two kinds of fillers different in kind and/or shape selected from a plate shape, a sherical shape and a substantially spherical shape and having viscosity, measured at sheet producing and using temp. at a shearing speed of 20s<-1> by a capillary viscometer, of 450-2,000 Pa.s. The layer (b) comprises an interface binder having chemical compatibility with the thermoplastic resin of the layer (a) and having viscosity measured under the same condition as the layer (a) of 10-350 Pa.s and the layer (c) comprises a reinforcing material comprising a needle glass mat. One or more sheet of this half-finished product is molded by stamping to obtain a molded part.</p> |
