<p>Novel compounds of formula (I) are found to inhibit the enzyme glycinamide ribonucleotide formyl transferase (GARFT). A novel method of preparing such compounds is also disclosed, as well as methods and compositions for employing the compounds as antiproliferative agents.</p> |
