<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the break at the time of replacing recording media by storing the signals from a television camera, etc., after the end of recording on the medium into spare memories and setting the next medium, then reading the signals out of the memories at a high speed at the beginning and recording the signals on the medi um. CONSTITUTION:The outputs of the video camera 2 and a microphone 3 are written into spare memories 44 to 46 consisting of IC memories and microphones when a tape comes to its end at the time of recording. The tape is driven faster than the specified speed for the beginning and the contents stored in the spare memories 44 to 46 are read out and recorded at the high speed proportional to the tape speed when the tape is restarted after ending of turning over or exchanging of the tape. The tape speed is lowered when the remaining amts. of the spare memories 44 to 46 decrease. The tape speed is so controlled as to attain the specified value when the residual storage quantity decreases to zero. The tape speed is increased when the tape approaches its end at the time of repeoducing. The outputs thereof are then written into the spare memories, further the outputs are read at the specified speed and are sent to a display.</p> |
