<p>PURPOSE: To manufacture a bowl which contains a responce device at a specific position of the device being not separated even by cleaning by a method wherein a responce device-embedded piece covered by raw material on its top part is put on a bottom part of a bottom force by making the responce device up, and the bowl is formed with the bottom force and a top force by putting the raw material thereon. CONSTITUTION: A bottom force 6 and a top force 5 are fitted to a molding press machine, and a responce device-embedded piece 4a in which an upper part of premanufactured responce device 3 is covered by raw material is put on a bottom part of the bottom force 6 by placing the responce device 3 up. Then, the raw material, for example, melamine resin is put on its upper part. The bowl is formed with the bottom force 6 and the top force 5 by operating the molding press machine, and bowl 7a containing a responce device for identifying the bowl is manufactured. Consequently, since a size of the responce device-embedded piece 4a, is slightly larger than an outline of the responce device 3, and its thickness is about several mm, the responce device- embedded piece 4a having the responce device on its side face is molded by being pushed by the raw material in the mold, and the responce device 3 is sealed in and never destroyed.</p> |
