The present invention relates to an apparatus for forming a water supply and sewage pipe reinforcement tube using dried air, used for reinforcing a water supply and sewage pipe. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for forming a water supply and sewage pipe reinforcement tube using dried air comprises: a reinforcement tube for reinforcing the water supply and sewage pipe; a compressor connected to one end of the reinforcement tube and compressing the air to be injected into the reinforcement tube; an air heating unit heating the air compressed by the compressor; a manifold connected to the other end of the reinforcement tube; and a control unit controlling turning-on and turning-off of the compressor and the air heating unit. The air compressed by the compressor is heated by the air heating unit to be injected into the reinforcement tube to enable the reinforcement tube to be closely attached and installed to a wall of the water supply and sewage pipe.
