<p>PURPOSE: To prevent damaging of a tape during a tape pulling-out process or a housing process. CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with a guiding means 28 formed so that tape guiding means 11, 12 and 25 move by changing their inclinations against movement paths 36A and B during their movements. By inclining the tape guiding means according to the tension of the tape, an non-uniform tensile force in a tape width direction is eliminated, the tape is uniformly brought into contact with the tape guiding means and damaging of the tape is reduced.</p> |
