<p>PURPOSE: To prevent a stain by soot by reducing exhaust gas leaking outside through a clearance between a bearing and a shaft. CONSTITUTION: A washer 9 loosely fitted to a shaft 5 with a clearance not more than 32.5μm in a difference of a diameter, is pressed to the left end of a bearing 4 by an arm 2 under pressure of exhaust gas in a condition of having no clearance. When a temperature rises by exhaust gas, the shaft 5 becomes a higher temperature than the washer 9, and a clearance between the washer 9 and the shaft 5 is eliminated, and both are tightly fixed to each other. In this state, the washer 9 acts as a sealing member to prevent leakage of exhaust gas.</p> |
