PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a food capable of omitting labors in removing a baking mold from the prepared fried eggs, hot cake or OKONOMI-YAKI (a pancake made of seafood, meat and vegetables), etc., or washing or clearing the baking mold after the cooking or a meal and serving also as the baking mold for cooking the fried eggs, hot cake, OKONOMI-YAKI, etc. SOLUTION: This food serving also as a baking mold is prepared by solidifying a kneaded food material, forming the resultant solidified material into the shape of a frame mold so as to surround the peripheral part of a material having various shapes in a size equal to those of fried eggs, a hot cake, OKONOMI-YAKI, etc., and then heating the formed material in a process for production. |
