<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable high-speed operation by providing a reference current source, input/output line through which the mixed current of output current and input current is transmitted, and restoration part for restoring an input voltage by comparing a reference current with the mixed current. SOLUTION: This device is provided with output current sources 201A and 202A, the reference current source 203A, a current mirror (NMOS transistors M1 and M2) connected to the output current sources 201A and 202A, and a logic circuit 204A for restoring a received signal corresponding to the amount of currents flowing to the transistor M2. The node between the output current sources 201A and 202A and the drain of an NMOS transistor M1 is connected to a data transmission line L1 between two integrated circuits 100A and 100B at an output terminal OUT1. The output current source 201A supplies a current, I1, and the current source 202A supplies a current 12. Besides, a switch S1 for performing switching operation in response to a signalϕIN1 is connected between the current source 201A and the output terminal OUT1.</p> |
