The control panel has a light box (100) housing one or more light sources (110), which co-operates with a face plate (101) formed from a translucent material. The face plate has zones made less transmissive than others, to provide a panel with markings that are illuminated from behind. The face plate has some zones of a certain thickness (E) and other zones of a different thickness (e), to locally modify the luminance of the these zones viewed from the front of the panel. The thicker zone has a thickness of about 3.5 mm and the thinner zone about 0.7 mm. |
