PURPOSE: The apparatus and the method for automatically editing and transmitting a broadcast draft are provided to enable the draft to be edited when a voice is recorded in a computer having a voice processing board and then the draft is prepared with reference to a monitor, and thereby to be reproduced as the voice, to allow difference broadcasts to be supplied by each section of a building. CONSTITUTION: A storage part(201) stores the voice files in its hard disk. A voice file assembly part(202) reads the desired voice files in the storage part(201) so as to combine them as the contents requested by a user, and thereby completes a broadcast sentence. The completed broadcast sentence is sent to a voice file converter(203) at a predetermined time for the broadcast in a certain area. The voice file converter(203) changes the voice files assembled as digital files in the voice file assembly part(202) into an analog files, and then transmits them to an amplifier(30) in a broadcast system via a voice file transmission part(204). An announcement broadcast is output via a speaker(40) to the broadcast area, determined at the assembly of the voice file, at a broadcast time.
