<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize and maintain a treatment capacity over a long period irrespective of the quality of water to be cleaned and to provide an excellent water purifier. SOLUTION: A means for detecting the organic matter concentration in the water to be treated is provided to adjust the flow rate of the water so that the amount of the organic matter introduced into a treating part is fixed. Namely, the product of the organic matter concentration in the water to be treated and the water flow rate is kept constant. Consequently, the amount of the organic matter matches the treatment capacity of the treating part, and the water is excellently cleaned.</p> |
