A member database(300) is stored with the personal information of a member connected through the client. A search module(400) is inputted with the condition of a partner. Members vote for many opponents selected based on the input condition. The preference to the opponents is indicated as rankings. A letter transmission module(500) is for providing the information about a letter sent to a specific member from another member. A chatting room module(600) is for a chat between members. A marriage expense article database(700) is stored with the information about the articles essential or a marriage. A virtual marriage module(800) is for performing a virtual marriage and a divorce upon the agreement of two members.
