PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the targeted persons of questionnaires in a wide range, and to protect the personal information. SOLUTION: IC cards 100a and 100b are previously distributed to a user. The user records a desired advertisement file in an advertisement delivery server 500 in the memories of the IC cards 100a and 100b by using an advertisement distributing terminal 600 placed in a store. The recorded advertisement file is displayed at a portable display device 200. Afterwards, the user is allowed to answer questionnaires. Then, the questionnaire data are generated from the answers to the questionnaires, and the personal information of the user is generated. A questionnaire totaling server 400 obtains the user information from the user information management server 300 based on the personal information, and totals and works the questionnaire data and the user information for making it easy to feedback them to the advertiser, and generates and manages the totalized data. |
