PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of using a plurality of arithmetic and logic circuits with respect to one numerical value generation means. SOLUTION: In this arithmetic unit having a means for generating data for operation according to a predetermined process from a plurality of input data and a plurality of arithmetic means for operationally inputting the data for operation formed by the generation means, a plurality of the arithmetic means are equipped with buffer means for buffering the data for operation taken in from an input part to output the same to an output part and the generation means is connected to the buffer means of a plurality of the arithmetic means in series.
