<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating and managing method for calculating and determining ranking on the basis of a rate of earning obtained by competition participant competing within each fixed term, and a system for the operating and managing method. <P>SOLUTION: In this method and system for managing and operating competition over all securities trading or all commodity trading which compete ranking with real money in on-line trade through the Internet, only a competition participant who has consigned a participation fee more than a designated amount for a fixed term set by an operator is registered as a participant. By utilizing a participant operation and management system in a participant operation and management terminal with which the participant performs operation and management in the competition, the deposit of accounting officials of the participant is managed. Furthermore, profits are calculated from trading in all participant commodity trading to calculate the rate of earning, and a champion in a term can be determined from the rate of earning in each fixed term. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
