The present invention comprises: a key input unit; a speedometer displaying the driving speed of a vehicle; a storage unit storing a set speedometer tolerance of the speedometer; and a control unit setting the speedometer tolerance stored in the storage unit in accordance with a key signal inputted by the key input unit. The present invention provides the apparatus for setting a speedometer tolerance of a cluster for a vehicle, minimizing confusion of the driving speed caused by the speedometer tolerance.
