STAINPROOF FIBER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber representing a monofilament having a stainproof property, excellent in the stainproof property to stain of gum pitch and useful as a constituent material of a woven fabric for a papermaking machine such as a papermaking wire and a papermaking drier canvas.

SOLUTION: The stainproof fiber is obtained by attaching a mixed reaction cured material containing 0.5-50 wt.% addition product of polyethyleneimine with an 8-20C alkyl isocyanate and 50-99.5 wt.% epoxidized polyamide and preferably further a polyepoxy compound to the surface of a fiber or impregnating the mixed reaction cured material into the surface of the fiber.
