PURPOSE: A prop fixing device for trestle is provided to solidly assemble the prop with the bases without welding a fitting plate on the lower end by increasing the assembling strength of the prop with the bases. CONSTITUTION: The prop fixing device for uprightly assembling a prop(3) on a base(1) of a trestle includes: a synthetic resin wedge cylinder(10), whose upper portion has an inverse-conical wedge seat(11); a wedge(20), seated on the wedge seat(11) so as to radially widen the upper portion of the wedge cylinder(10); and a bolt(30), pulling the wedge(20) so as to widen the upper portion of the wedge cylinder(10). The wedge(20) is formed as an one body together with the bolt(30).
