<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen partial pressure control device capable of controlling an oxygen partial pressure in atmospheric gas of a treating device or the like in the range of 0.2-10<SP>-30</SP>atm under the condition of low material cost and low operation cost. <P>SOLUTION: In this oxygen partial pressure control device, air or pure oxygen is supplied to the inside of a heater 1 capable of heating and keeping at an operation temperature of a solid electrolyte, and at least one oxygen pump including the solid electrolyte having a tubular structure and at least two oxygen sensors including the solid electrolyte having the tubular structure respectively are stored therein, and at least one oxygen pump and at least two oxygen sensors are arranged mutually in parallel so that the air or pure oxygen is used as as a purge gas outside a tube of each solid electrolyte, and are connected so that a common treating gas can be circulated in the tube of each solid electrolyte. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
