A description is given of a three-storeyed structure which is formed by the erection method using structural units, and has a ground floor and a second floor, comprising a multiplicity of structural units which are each in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped and are connected to one another horizontally and vertically, and which has a third floor, assembled from structural units which each have the form of a hexahedral frustum of a pyramid with rectangular bottom and top surfaces and are installed on the top side of the second floor such that the third floor is delimited in the peripheral direction by inclined surfaces of the structural units which are each in the form of a hexahedral frustum of a pyramid. The structural units in the form of a hexahedral frustum of the pyramid are each installed on the second storey such that the inclined surfaces are arranged on the sides in such a manner that the requirements in terms of the north-side oblique line and/or the shadow-side oblique line can be fulfilled.
