The invention relates to a method and device for testing the disposition of metals to create cracks at welding, particularly the disposition of round welded seams. The method consists of making a notch on a round cylindrical body (1), which body is placed in the hole (2) of the bushing (3). The bushing is placed in the plate (4) in such a way that the end of the sample is jointed with the leverage (5). The sample is welded, and after that loaded with different twisting forces. The device consists of a centering fixture (8), in which is fixed the plate (4) with a central hole, in which is placed a bushing (3), and in the hole (2) of the bushing is placed the body (1). The other end of the body (1) is jointed with the leverage (5) having the movable weight (9). The leverage (5) is provided with a sensor (10) for reading the loading. |
