The subject of the invention is a wheel of a centrifugal mill constituted by a circular plate 2 rotatably driven about its axis x x' for the high-speed projection onto a target 25 of granular material introduced into a central feed chamber 23 placed on the axis of the plate 2, and into which there emerge a plurality of channels 3 for projecting the material which are made inside the plate in a direction perpendicular to its axis and emerging towards the outside on the periphery of the plate. According to the invention, each channel 3 is constituted by a removable tubular sheath 4 made from an abrasion-resistant material and is slipped into an elongate housing 5 made in a hollow in the thickness of the plate 2, the said sheath 4 being equipped on its periphery with at least one widened portion 45 bearing towards the outside and cooperating with a portion 55 of corresponding shape made on the lateral wall of the housing 5.
