This invention relates to the manufacturing method and apparatus of the reinforcing cage which is laid in prestressed concrete piles as an adjunct material. The reinforcing cage consists of main reinforcing iron bars and assistant reinforcing rod which is coiled around main reinforcing iron bars. The apparatus is composed of fixed cylindrical electrode and rotating electrode for welding and tempering.
