The artificial wool is composed of >2 matrix compd. and > fibril compd. which is surrounded by the matrix compd.. The fibril compd. is formed continuously of a number of >1000 of 0.1μfilaments and the matrix compds. has 10% different shrinkage to each other. The matrix compds is not soluble to the fibril compd. and the elasticity of the fibrile is >800 Kg/mm2. The three compds. are fed by three different inlets and spun to give the screw shape artificial wool.
