The plate heater has a body which holds a gas bottle (4) and is made of metal or plastic material. This is covered with a decorative cover, made of wood. It has an articulated head which holds a gas burner and can be orientated so that it is above the plate. The body has a hole through which the tap of the bottle (1) is accessible. The burner is joined to the bottle by a supple tube (3) which passes through a hole in the top of the body.
