PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely, easily form a toner sealing member capable of preventing the scattering of toner out of a developer sleeve by arranging fluorofibers fitting to the contour of the developer sleeve. SOLUTION: A toner sealing body 2 is formed by arranging fluorofibers molded in the same diameter as that of a developer sleeve, and integrally molding together with resin put by applying pressure within a metal mold. The toner sealing member obtained is fixed to a cartridge or the like having the developer sleeve. The toner sealing member having fluorofibers in a recess 6 fitting to the contour of the developer sleeve is surely, easily formed, fixed to the cartridge or the like, and thereby, the scattering of toner out of the developer sleeve in an image forming device such as a copying machine can be prevented. |
